Job summary

ARCO Design/Build is seeking a Construction Design/Build Project Manager to lead projects from concept through final walkthrough in Salt Lake City. You’ll collaborate with clients and design teams to shape concepts into buildable solutions, manage estimates, schedules, safety, and scope with a strong emphasis on quality and integrity.

You will work with a team that values growth, collaboration, and delivering exceptional results on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• Accredited civil, mechanical, architectural, construction management, building science, or construction engineering degree.
• Interest in design/build, tilt-up concrete, and industrial builds.
• Prior construction experience preferred but not required. GPA 3.0+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead every facet of the project from estimating to design coordination and on-site management.
• Deliver accurate, impactful estimates and manage cost tracking.
• Collaborate with clients and design teams to shape preliminary concepts into buildable solutions.
• Lead subcontractor selection and buyout, ensuring high-quality partnerships.
• Coordinate bi-weekly on-site meetings and drive project progress.
• Make decisions under pressure with calm, decisive leadership.
