ARCO Design/Build in Houston, TX offers a Construction Project Manager Intern/Co-Op for Summer 2027, providing hands-on exposure to the full lifecycle of a project from concept to closeout, alongside experienced design/build managers.

You will engage in estimating, scheduling, permitting, submittal reviews, site visits, and reporting while developing practical skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an accredited Civil, Mechanical, Architectural, Construction Management, Building Science, or Construction Engineering degree.
• Driver's license required.
• GPA 3.0+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support DBMs through the full lifecycle of a project from concept to delivery.
• Attend design meetings with owner, engineers, and architects.
• Assist with estimating, takeoffs, scheduling, and permitting processes.
• Prepare and review shop drawings and submittals; assist with buyout and subcontracts.
• Gain exposure to field site visits, reporting, and project coordination.
