Job summary

ARCO Design/Build is seeking a Construction Design/Build Project Manager (DBM) Intern/Co-op in Columbus, OH to gain exposure to a project’s full lifecycle. You will work alongside experienced professionals, from concept to final delivery, and participate in meetings with owners, engineers, and architects.

You’ll learn estimating, scheduling, reporting, and site visits while developing skills through offsite trainings and mentorship. This paid internship offers growth and real project impact.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited Civil, Mechanical, Architectural, Construction Management, Building Science, or Construction Engineering undergraduate or graduate program.
• Driver’s License required.
• Excellent verbal communication and attention to detail; strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Learn the full lifecycle of a project from concept to delivery.
• Assist in scheduling, takeoffs, and design meetings.
• Attend site visits and trainings with DBMs.
