Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is actively seeking a Project Manager II to join our National Industrial team in Minneapolis, MN or Austin, TX. The role requires 6+ years of design-build project management experience and oversight of projects in the $1–$75 million range.

You will manage schedules, budgets, subcontracts, and stakeholder communications, leading progress meetings and coordinating with owners, field teams, and subcontractors. Travel of 35–40% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering/Management required.
• 6+ years of project management experience in a design-build environment.
• Experience managing commercial projects in the $1–$75 million range.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and other PM tools.
• Advanced knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control and material pricing.
• Ability to interface and communicate effectively with superintendents, subcontractors and owners/clients.
• Willingness to travel 35–40% to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Work with project schedules, cost projections, contracts and reports.
• Lead construction progress meetings.
• Oversee design development and project budgets.
• Prepare and manage schedules, budgets, profit projections and bid documents.
• Negotiate and award subcontracts.
• Conduct jobsite coordination meetings and status reports.
• Collaborate with owners/clients, field teams, subcontractors and internal teams.
