The role requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management or construction engineering and a minimum of 6 years of PM experience, with strong skills in budgeting, scheduling and contract negotiations. You will oversee project teams, coordinate with owners, subs and design professionals, and drive profitability while maintaining high quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or construction engineering is required.
• Minimum 6 years of solid project management experience on contracts from $10–$100 million.
• Experience with estimating techniques, cost control and material pricing.
• Ability to manage multiple project types and complexities with effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop contacts and build relationships with potential customers.
• Negotiate business and legal provisions of construction contracts.
• Ensure high levels of quality, design and profitability on assigned projects.
• Manage accounts receivable for the team and ensure prompt collection.
• Oversee design development, budget prep and project schedules.
