Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction, with design-build focus.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• CCM or PMP certification a plus; strong scheduling and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design-build projects from conception to completion, on time and within budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans for budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Manage and respond to RFIs promptly and accurately with clear communication to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and construction professionals for efficient designs.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to ensure successful project delivery.
• Identify risks and implement contingency plans.
• Promote collaboration and open communication within the project team.
• Ensure compliance with local and national building codes and safety regulations.
• Provide regular client updates and address concerns.
