Job summary

ARCO is seeking a highly motivated Construction Project Manager with 3–10 years of design/build experience to lead projects from concept to completion. You will own project performance and customer satisfaction, including estimating, scheduling, cost reporting, safety, and coordination with design professionals and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field with minimum 3.2 GPA.
• 3-10 years of design/build experience.
• Ability to make sound decisions under tight deadlines.
• Ability to organize, plan and manage multiple activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all managerial and administrative aspects of a project, including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, and cost reporting.
• Coordinate with design professionals and owners early in the process.
• Prepare accurate project estimates and develop preliminary concept drawings with the design team.
• Lead proposal meetings to review scope, reduce costs and provide value engineering ideas.
• Oversee buyout and selection of subcontractors; conduct bi-weekly site meetings.
• Coordinate with the Superintendent on safety, quality and schedule; conduct progress meetings.
• Remain cost-conscious and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
