Job summary

ARCO is a premier, full service design/build general contractor seeking a Project Manager with 3–10 years of design/build experience to oversee projects from concept to completion. You will manage estimates, schedules, quality controls, progress reports, and client communications, driving value and ensuring on-time delivery nationwide.

ARCO has completed over 7,500 design-build projects nationwide and ranks highly in industry lists, reflecting a strong culture of growth and merit-based rewards.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field with GPA 3.2 or higher.
• 3–10 years of design/build project management experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Oversee estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reporting, and cost reporting.
• Coordinate with owners and design professionals early to facilitate design progress.
• Lead proposal meetings and value engineering discussions with owners.
• Oversee subs buyout and selection; conduct bi-weekly site meetings.
• Coordinate with supervisors to ensure safety, quality, and schedule.
