Job summary

ARCO a Family of Construction Companies is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager with 3–10 years of design/build experience to lead projects from concept to completion. You will own project performance, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive seamless coordination across design, estimating, scheduling, and field teams.

Responsibilities include managing estimates, schedules, quality control, progress reporting, safety, cost reporting, and design coordination while maintaining cost awareness

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field with minimum 3.2 GPA.
• 3–10 years of design/build experience.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage managerial and administrative aspects of projects including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review and coordination, cost reporting, safety and proposals.
• Engage with owners early to facilitate design with chosen professionals.
• Ensure accurate and complete project estimates in collaboration with owners and design team.
• Lead proposal meetings to review scope, cost-saving ideas and value engineering.
• Oversee buyout and subcontractor selection.
• Conduct bi-weekly job-site meetings with the team.
• Coordinate with Superintendent to ensure safety, quality and schedule.
• Lead progress meetings with owners and construction team.
