LeoForce is seeking a Project Manager - Design Build in the Kansas City area to lead construction initiatives from concept through completion. The role emphasizes strong leadership, budget discipline, and procurement management to deliver projects on time and within scope.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in CM or Civil Engineering with 5+ years of PM experience, and proficiency in CM software. This on-site position offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Select tools, materials, and equipment and monitor procurement for cost-efficiency.
• Perform daily progress reviews and site inspections.
• Prepare reports on job status for stakeholders.
• Negotiate terms, draft contracts, and secure permits and licenses.
• Ensure quality construction standards and proper techniques.
• Analyze, manage risks, and implement quality control programs.
• Lead project team and foster collaboration to optimize performance.
