Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Project Manager in Saint Peters, MO to lead construction projects from planning to closeout, coordinating with contractors, managing schedules and budgets, and ensuring safety and quality on site.

The ideal candidate has mid-level experience, a bachelor’s degree in construction or engineering, and proven ability to negotiate contracts and control costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of construction project management experience.
• Ability to lead a team and manage projects in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials and PM principles.
• Knowledge of cost control and basic accounting.
• Experience in contract negotiations and procurement.
• Strong leadership and team motivation.
• Excellent time management and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software.
