Job summary

MSI General Corp in Nashotah, WI is seeking a Project Estimator to support architects, engineers and field teams within our DESIGNBUILD process. You will compile and track drawings, subcontracts, FWANs, and assist with permitting and utility applications.

On-site position based at W215 East Wisconsin Ave, Nashotah, WI 53058, requiring 2–5 years of office administration and construction estimating experience; proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, Viewpoint, Smartsheet and Autodesk Build is

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2-5 years of office administration and construction estimating experience.
• Associate’s Degree in Architecture/Drafting/Construction or equivalent preferred.
• 6+ years of office administration experience preferred.
• Experience with construction drawings is essential.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, Viewpoint, Smartsheet and Autodesk Build is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, track and process subcontracts and FWANs.
• Receive, track and distribute shop drawings.
• Prepare, deliver and submit applications and drawings for state and local approvals.
• Prepare, deliver and submit utility service applications.
• Coordinate and maintain project records and binders for distribution to project owner.
