Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture or Engineering required; licensed architect or PE preferred.
• 8–10 years of experience in professional design services with design project management.
• Experience managing teams through the design process and Construction Documentation.
• Proficiency with BIM platforms, including Autodesk Suite and 3D modeling tools.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead core design management ensuring alignment with client vision and schedule.
• Interface with Illuminate, Suffolk operations, design professionals, trade partners, and regulators to meet project goals.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure a client-first approach to design decisions.
• Lead design process optimization and constructability reviews with coordinated documentation.
• Track progress, staffing allocations, and project financial health across phases.
