Jobot is seeking a Senior PM for commercial construction projects in Minnesota. You will lead planning, scope definition, budgeting, and scheduling, coordinating a project team to deliver on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, has 6+ years in construction, and is proficient in AutoCAD and construction management software. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of proven experience in the construction sector.
• Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and construction management software.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules.
• Negotiation with external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of commercial construction projects.
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Define project tasks and resource requirements.
• Develop full-scale project plans and manage project budget.
• Assemble and coordinate project staff.
• Manage project resource allocation.
• Plan and schedule project timelines.
• Track project deliverables and report progress to stakeholders.
