Job summary

ARCO Design/Build is seeking a Construction Design/Build Project Manager to drive the full lifecycle of complex projects, from concept through final walkthrough. You will own estimating, scheduling, safety, and cost tracking while collaborating with clients and design teams to develop high-impact, buildable solutions.

You will influence proposals, manage subcontractor buyout, and lead on-site bi-weekly meetings to keep progress on track and ensure quality.

Qualifications

• Recent or upcoming completion of an accredited civil, mechanical, architectural, construction management, or construction engineering program.
• Interest in design/build, tilt-up concrete, industrial builds.
• GPA 3.0+ preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead every facet of the project from start to finish, including estimating, scheduling, quality control, billing, design coordination, cost tracking, safety, and proposals.
• Deliver detailed, reliable project estimates for execution.
• Collaborate with clients and design teams to shape preliminary concepts into buildable solutions.
• Participate in proposal meetings to refine scope and reduce costs with value-driven insights.
• Lead subcontractor selection and buyout to secure top-tier talent and cost efficiency.
• Facilitate bi-weekly on-site meetings to align teams and maintain progress.
• Coordinate multiple moving parts to keep scope, schedule, and budget in sync.
• Uphold quality and drive continuous improvement; translate client feedback into results.
