Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 4–8 years related mechanical engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required for Engineer title; Designer designation possible.
• Experience with BIM models, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and sustainability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop mechanical system designs and select equipment for buildings.
• Create BIM models, drawings, and specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, sustainability teams, and other consultants.
• Support construction administration, site observations, and commissioning activities.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to project documentation.
