You will lead client engagements from concept through installation, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with architects, contractors, and internal teams to drive growth and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Formación

• 3+ years of experience in sales, project management, design-build, construction, foodservice equipment, or related industry
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Northern California as needed
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Design, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)

Responsabilidades

• Develop commercial kitchen layouts and equipment specifications using AutoQuotes and related design software
• Create professional proposals, equipment schedules, and project documentation
• Assist clients in transforming concepts into practical, code-compliant kitchen designs
• Review plans, field conditions, and project requirements to ensure successful execution
• Coordinate project timelines, equipment deliveries, installations, and vendor communications
• Schedule meetings, site visits, and project milestones to keep projects moving efficiently
• Work closely with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues
• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain consistent communication
• Ensure client satisfaction from concept, design, and quoting through final installation
