Job summary

ARCO Design/Build seeks a Construction Design/Build Project Manager to own the full lifecycle of industrial and commercial projects from concept to closeout. You will lead estimation, scheduling, design coordination, and site management while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

You will collaborate with design professionals, manage subcontractors, and drive cost‑efficient solutions to ensure quality and on‑time delivery. This role offers growth within a nationwide, associate‑owned firm.

Qualifications

• Completed accredited Civil/Mechanical/Architectural or Construction Management program.
• Interest in design/build, tilt‑up concrete, industrial builds.
• Construction experience preferred but not required.
• GPA 3.0 or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project from start to finish: estimating, scheduling, quality control, billing, design coordination, cost tracking, safety.
• Deliver accurate, reliable project estimates for successful execution.
• Collaborate with clients and design teams to shape concepts into buildable solutions.
• Lead subcontractor selection and buyout for cost‑effective partnerships.
• Drive on‑site communication with biweekly meetings to keep progress on track.
• Make informed decisions under pressure and maintain project scope and budget.
• Champion quality and continuous improvement throughout the lifecycle.
