Job summary

LeoForce is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead design-build commercial projects in Grand Rapids, MI. You will guide projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders while maintaining schedules and budgets.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of commercial construction experience, strong reading of drawings, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with a proactive

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction or construction management.
• Experience managing commercial projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and civil drawings.
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate project schedules.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets, commitments, change orders, invoices, and overall financial performance.
• Review plans, specifications, scopes of work, and project documentation.
• Identify risks and develop practical solutions to keep projects on track.
• Manage bidding, subcontractor coordination, procurement, and contract administration.
• Coordinate field activities and maintain project momentum.
