ARCO/Murray National Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager in the Denver market to lead design/build projects, manage estimates, schedules, and quality control, and drive value engineering with owners and design teams.

You'll oversee buyouts, subcontractors, and on-site meetings, making decisions under deadlines while upholding integrity and client satisfaction. Competitive benefits and ESOP available.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field.
• 1–5 years of construction management or engineering design experience.
• Experience leading tenant improvement or commercial buildouts preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage estimating, scheduling, QA, progress reports, billing, design review and coordination.
• Ensure accurate and complete project estimates.
• Collaborate with owners and design team on preliminary drawings.
• Participate in owner meetings to review scope and cost-saving ideas.
• Oversee buyout process and subcontractor selection.
• Conduct bi-weekly on-site job meetings.
• Make sound decisions under deadlines.
• Organize and manage multiple activities to achieve results.
• Commit to quality and continuous improvement.
• Uphold integrity and customer satisfaction.
