Job summary

Janotta & Herner, a design/build general contractor in Monroeville, seeks a Design-Build Construction Project Manager to lead complex projects from design through construction. You will coordinate clients, designers, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver on time, within budget and to quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and safety oversight, with 2–7 years of PM experience in design-build.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering or equivalent experience.
• 2–7 years of project management experience in design-build construction.
• OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage client communications and relationships to align project scope and expectations.
• Plan and coordinate project requirements with stakeholders across design and construction.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field staff.
• Prepare and review budgets, estimates, and cost control measures, including self-perform work where applicable.
• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules to meet milestones.
• Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across all phases of the project.
• Identify risks and manage subcontractor and vendor performance to meet project goals.
