Job summary

ARCO Design/Build in King of Prussia, PA is seeking a Construction Design/Build Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of industrial and design/build projects. You will coordinate estimating, scheduling, design coordination, cost tracking, and safety, while guiding teams toward successful outcomes.

The role emphasizes client collaboration, value-driven engineering input, and effective on-site leadership to drive project performance.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Civil, Mechanical, Architecture, Construction Management, Building Science or related field.
• Strong interest in design/build, tilt-up concrete, industrial construction.
• Experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead project from concept to closeout, including estimating, scheduling, quality control, billing, design coordination, cost tracking, safety, and proposals.
• Deliver accurate, detailed project estimates to set up successful execution.
• Collaborate with clients and design teams to turn preliminary concepts into buildable solutions.
