Job summary

ARCO/Murray is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager in the construction industry. You’ll manage project performance from start to finish, including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, design coordination and safety, ensuring alignment with client goals.

The role requires current enrollment in a engineering degree program, open to full-time after graduation, and a GPA of at least 3.0. Internships and extracurriculars are a plus; ARCO values integrity and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s of Engineering program or related field of study.
• Open to fulltime opportunity post grad
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0
• Prior construction internship experience is a plus
• Extracurricular involvement is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer project scope, schedule, and cost.
• Prepare progress reports and proposals.
• Coordinate design reviews with owners and team.
• Oversee subcontractor buyout and selection.
• Conduct bi-weekly job-site meetings.
• Ensure safety and quality controls.
