Job summary

ARCO/Murray is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our team in Colorado. You will manage projects from start to finish, overseeing estimating, scheduling, design coordination, and cost reporting to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will collaborate with owners and the design team to develop concepts, review scopes, and drive value engineering ideas. A post-graduate engineering background and internship exposure are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s of Engineering program or related field of study.
• Open to fulltime opportunity post grad.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0.
• Prior construction internship experience is a plus.
• Extracurricular involvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managerial and administrative aspects of a project, including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports and cost reporting.
• Work closely with owners and the design team to develop preliminary concept drawings.
• Participate in the proposal meeting with the owner to review scope and provide value engineering ideas.
• Oversee buyout process and subcontractor selection.
• Conduct bi-weekly job site meetings and manage multiple activities to meet client expectations.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or related field

GPA 3.0/4.0
