Job summary

STRUCTURAL in New York is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex design-build construction projects with budgets up to $10M. You’ll oversee preconstruction through delivery, coordinating engineering, design and field teams, and driving value and safety.

You’ll manage procurement, contracts, budgets, schedules and risk, mentor staff, and travel up to 20% to support out-of-town projects. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in commercial or public construction/restoration.
• Experience with structural concrete, façade repair, waterproofing, and historic restoration is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Procore, Primavera P6, BIM 360, and project forecasting tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% or work on out-of-town projects.

Responsibilities

• Own communication across internal and external stakeholders—keeping projects aligned and moving forward.
• Run regular team and client meetings to align on goals, timelines, and progress.
• Manage procurement and contracts for subs, vendors, and materials to ensure high value and timely delivery.
• Monitor and manage subcontractor performance, change orders, claims, and disputes.
• Build and manage project budgets, schedules, and risk plans with transparency and precision.
• Ensure top-tier quality control in collaboration with designers and QC teams.
• Champion a strong safety culture, aligning with OSHA and project-specific standards.
