STRUCTURAL is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee large-scale repair and restoration projects in the NY City Metro and Long Island City area, with project values from $5M to $15M+. You will lead from preconstruction through closeout, guiding project teams and serving as a trusted partner to owners, engineers, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 10+ years of project management in commercial construction or concrete restoration.
• Experience managing projects valued $5M–$15M.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and contract administration skills.
• Proven leadership of project teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of large-scale repair/restoration projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Maintain P&L, forecasting, budgeting, and cost control.
• Develop and manage project schedules with field leadership.
• Lead contracts and negotiations with support from contracts teams.
• Mentor Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Field Managers.
