D. Clugston, Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to lead the delivery of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

This role focuses on planning, financial performance, contract administration, procurement, and effective client communication. The Project Manager will act as the primary contact for owners, architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams, coordinating with the Superintendent and Preconstruction Manager to

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Proven success managing commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, contracts, scheduling, and project controls.
• Excellent financial management, forecasting, and budgeting skills.
• Experience administering owner contracts and subcontract agreements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of assigned commercial construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout.
• Provide leadership to Project Engineers, Superintendents, and project support staff.
• Develop project execution strategies that align scope, budget, schedule, and client expectations.
• Work closely with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects moving forward.
• Identify project risks early and implement proactive solutions.
