Job summary

PNC is seeking a Design Associate - Corporate Workplace within its Realty Services group. The role is based in Pittsburgh, PA with potential postings in Chicago, Dallas, or Washington DC.

You will translate business needs into design concepts, test fits and documentation while coordinating with internal stakeholders and external consultants. The role emphasizes workplace strategy, space planning, and FF&E/finish trends, with a baseline 40-hour in-office week and frequent cross-site

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in design, architecture, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience preferred.
• Experience translating brand standards into cohesive design narratives.

Responsibilities

• Develop workplace planning and interior design solutions that advance project objectives and align with budget and schedule.
• Lead and coordinate pre-design and design activities with external architects/designers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Gather requirements from leaders and stakeholders and present design options for timely decisions.
• Maintain knowledge of workplace strategy and FF&E/finish trends to improve cost effectiveness at scale.
• Produce test fits, finish palettes, furniture plans, and presentation materials.
