Job summary

Unispace US Design team seeks an Associate Designer to join our Southern Region as we grow through the second half of 2026. You will develop design pitches, lead commercial workplace projects, and nurture key client relationships.

Work alongside Sales, Strategy, Preconstruction and Delivery to win work, steer projects to completion, and elevate iconic spaces in the Office Interiors market. We offer a competitive salary and generous benefits with hybrid work and travel opportunities.

Qualifications

Proven track record of leading complex commercial interior design projects.
Demonstrated success delivering high-profile pitches and persuasive RFP materials.
Deep understanding of project financials, US codes, and market trends.
Strong proficiency in Revit, InDesign and Photoshop, with oversight of docs and quality.
Ability to guide project teams and influence executive stakeholders.
Resilience and agility to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

Design Development & Oversight: lead high-profile workplace design projects from inception through delivery.
Client Management: act as trusted advisor, manage senior stakeholder relationships and long-term partnerships.
Business Development & Pitching: lead RFP responses, craft design narratives, deliver pitches.
Team Guidance & Mentorship: mentor Designers across creative and technical drawing sets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Sales, Strategy, Preconstruction and Delivery.
Studio & Practice Development: drive design standards, sustainability, processes and tech adoption.
Risk & Quality Management: identify and mitigate design and commercial risks.
Market Insight: monitor workplace trends and translate insights into client solutions.
