Job summary

Art of Drawers is seeking Design Associates who excel at reading people, making recommendations, and solving problems. You will meet clients at their homes to understand storage frustrations and propose custom solutions that solve their problems with a consultative approach.

No design degree is required, and we provide full training. Expect a flexible schedule with 90% field work and rapid interview steps as you join a growing team.

At Art of Drawers, Design Associates use those same skills to help clients solve frustrating home storage issues with custom solutions. No design degree required.

What You’ll Do

• Meet clients at their homes to understand their storage frustrations
• Recommend custom solutions that actually solve their problems (consultative, not pushy sales)
• Follow up with your client base to ensure they’re happy and refer friends
• Coordinate with the team and manage your appointments
