If you’re great at reading people, making recommendations, and solving problems behind the bar or in customer service, you already have what it takes to succeed here. At Art of Drawers, Design Associates use those same skills to help clients solve frustrating home storage issues with custom solutions. No design degree required.

What You Get

• Pay Upgrade: $70-$100/hour (up to 18% commission rate per job)

What You'll Do

• Meet clients at their homes to understand their storage frustrations
• Recommend custom solutions that actually solve their problems (consultative, not pushy sales)
• Follow up with your client base to ensure they’re happy and refer friends
• Coordinate with the team and manage your appointments
