Job summary

Art of Drawers is seeking a personable client-facing design associate to solve storage challenges in homes. You’ll meet clients at their homes, assess frustrations, and recommend custom, non-pushy solutions. You’ll follow up to ensure satisfaction and referrals, coordinating with the team to manage your schedule.

No design degree required; training is provided and growth is encouraged as you build a local client base in Indianapolis area.

Qualifications

• Read clients quickly, build rapport, and read storage needs.
• Consultative, not pushy, approach to recommending solutions.
• Willing to travel to client homes and manage schedules

What You Get

• Pay Upgrade: $80-$120/hour (up to 16% commission rate per job)
