Job summary

ComForCare is seeking Design Associates who are passionate about solving clients' storage problems with custom solutions. Your role involves meeting clients in their homes, understanding their needs, and recommending effective storage ideas.

This position offers significant flexibility and rewards, including a pay range of $80-$120/hour plus bonuses. You will enjoy a supportive environment focusing on problem-solving, customer service, and personal growth.

Full training will be provided; we look for motivated individuals with excellent communication skills.

What You’ll Do

• Meet clients at their homes to understand their storage frustrations
• Recommend custom solutions that actually solve their problems (consultative, not pushy sales)
• Follow up with your client base to ensure they're happy and refer friends
• Coordinate with the team and manage your appointments
