Job summary

Art of Drawers, Design Associates seeks a results-driven field-based consultant to meet clients at their homes, understand storage challenges, and propose custom drawer and storage solutions. No design degree required.

You will drive the sales cycle from discovery to follow-up, work primarily in client homes, and enjoy a flexible schedule with potential bonuses and employee discounts.

What You Get

• Pay Upgrade: $80-$120/hour (up to 18% commission rate per job)

What You'll Do

• Meet clients at their homes to understand their storage frustrations


• Recommend custom solutions that actually solve their problems (consultative, not pushy sales)


• Follow up with your client base to ensure they're happy and refer friends


• Coordinate with the team and manage your appointments
