Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Architect/Designer to collaborate with the Design and Development department to create innovative store designs, resorts, and specialty projects that reflect our heritage and values. You will translate concepts into detailed drawings for production and collaborate with in-house fabrication to realize lighting, railings, gates, fixtures, and furniture.

• Years of experience: Minimum of 2 years design experience in an architectural firm.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual drawings and sketches to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Translate concepts into detailed architectural drawings that convey design intent for production and execution.
• Revise and refine drawings based on feedback from ownership and project leadership.
• Collaborate with the in-house fabrication shop to design custom elements such as lighting, railings, gates, fixtures, and furniture.
• Review and verify construction documents for accuracy, quality, and adherence to design standards.
• Ensure all design work aligns with Bass Pro Shops brand identity and commitment to creating meaningful customer experiences.
