Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Architect/Designer to collaborate with the Design and Development team to create innovative store designs, resorts, and specialty projects. You will enhance customer experience through authentic detailing and craftsmanship that reflect the brand heritage.

You will develop conceptual drawings, translate concepts into production-ready drawings, and work with the fabrication team to realize lighting, railings, and furniture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture is required.
• Minimum of 2 years design experience in an architectural firm.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual drawings and sketches to communicate design ideas.
• Translate concepts into detailed architectural drawings for production and execution.
• Revise drawings based on feedback from ownership and project leadership.
• Collaborate with in-house fabrication to design lighting, railings, fixtures, and furniture.
• Review construction documents for accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Ensure design work aligns with Bass Pro Shops brand identity and customer experience.
• All other duties as assigned.
