Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in retail, hospitality, commercial design.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite; Enscape and AI familiarity a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills.
• Degree in Architectural Design.

Responsibilities

• Creates design concepts and develops documentation for retail project types (ground-up, renovations, interiors).
• Coordinates site plans, elevations, massing, and details with the design team and consultants.
• Interfaces with clients and project managers to present concepts and resolve design issues.
• Plans deliverables and schedules across multiple projects, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Collaborates with internal and external experts throughout the design process.
