We are seeking aProjectDesigner who is passionate about pushing the boundaries of design to leadtheteam and elevate ourprojects.Designers play a crucial role in shaping the creative direction of ourprojects. Thesuccessfulcandidate will understand design principlesandhave8-15years ofexperience.The Designerwillbe responsible forcreating meaningful design solutions that exceed client expectations.

What you will be doing:

• Initiating design conceptsand bringing fresh ideas
• Fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
• Building andmaintainingclient relationships
• Mentoring,guidingand inspiringother staff
• Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring design ideas are consistent and aligned withproject goals
• Ensure design deliverables are of excellent quality and meet the Studio RED standards
• Conducting regular reviews andprovidefeedback to the team

Your Qualifications

• Licensed Architectpreferred
• Professional degree (Bachelor’sor higher) inArchitecture
• Minimum of8years of experience indesign
• Understanding of design principlesandtheuser experience
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions effectively to clients and teams
• Capabilityto thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communicationskills, both written and verbal, including clear and concise communication, active listening and observation as well asseekunderstanding of others' points of view looking at verbal and non-verbal cues to encourage open and honest discussions
