• 3+ years of Application, Product, Design, or Mechanical Engineering experience.
• Experience supporting OEM customers.
• Knowledge of seating systems, ergonomics, suspension seating, or related products preferred.
• Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, DFMEA/PFMEA, and product launches.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and customer specifications.
• Willingness to travel 10-20%.

We're looking for an Application Engineer to partner with OEM customers and internal engineering teams to develop innovative seating solutions for the automotive, commercial vehicle, and off-highway industries.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary technical contact for OEM customers.
• Translate customer requirements into manufacturable seating solutions.
• Support product development from concept, prototype, validation, and launch.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, quality, and sales teams.
• Troubleshoot engineering and manufacturing issues.
• Support APQP, PPAP, DFMEA/PFMEA, and engineering change activities.
• Recommend product and process improvements that enhance quality and reduce cost.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of Application, Product, Design, or Mechanical Engineering experience.
• Automotive, commercial vehicle, heavy equipment, or off-highway industry experience.
• Experience supporting OEM customers.
• Knowledge of seating systems, ergonomics, suspension seating, or related products is preferred.
• Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, DFMEA/PFMEA, and product launches.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and customer specifications.
• Experience with CATIA, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software.
• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel 10-20%.
