Todd's Services, Inc. is seeking a Landscape Designer in Michigan to meet clients, assess outdoor living needs, and craft thoughtful designs with support from an in-house CAD team. You will focus on client relationships and design intent beyond drawings.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in landscape or construction, strong communication, and the ability to advise on projects of various sizes, including quotes and pricing. Hybrid work and strong growth potential are offered.

About the Role

As a Landscape Designer at TSI, you'll meet with clients, assess their outdoor living needs, and bring their visions to life through thoughtful design. You'll have the support of our in-house 2D and 3D computer drafting team — so you can focus on customer relationship and design intent, not just the technical drawings, if that's what you prefer.

All client leads are pre-screened and qualified before they reach you, so you can concentrate on what you do best: creating stunning, functional outdoor environments that inspire, and advising clients on solving outdoor challenges. You'll see a wide range of both small- and large-scale projects; some requiring significant design work, others just your expert advice and a quote.

What You'll Do

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of experience in the landscape or construction industry
• Strong ability to meet with clients, diagnose site conditions, and design comprehensive outdoor solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A passion for creating exceptional landscapes that blend beauty and function
• Hands‑on experience beyond design and plant knowledge; inclusive of drainage, retaining walls, decks, concrete, erosion control, irrigation, and similar services
• Construction expertise with only minimal design experience is welcome, as long as you can sketch or draft to scale, measure grades, etc. — our CAD team can assist in handling the final artwork
• A track record selling $500K+ annually (ideally $1M+), with the ability to manage the chaos of the construction world
