Lotus Gardenscapes is seeking a Design Assistant to support our sales and design team. This role involves producing estimates, creating and updating design documents, and assisting with permits and project planning within our PM systems.
The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience supporting a creative team, familiarity with Vectorworks, Google Workspace, LMN, and Smartsheets, and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering quality work.

We are looking to expand our sales and design team with an experienced design assistant. This person will support the sales and design team with estimates and take-offs, updating and producing design documents, and providing design support assistance as needed (such as submitting permits, producing job planning documents and updating the customer and project management systems.)
The successful candidate will bring our unique blend of creativity and expertise to the role and a demonstrated expertise in the field.
