Job summary

Closets by Design Maryland is hiring Design and Sales Consultants to help clients organize their home. You can work from home with pre-set appointments near your home, and you will receive complete sales and design training, so no experience is necessary.

You will begin the day with appointments, build rapport with customers, assess spaces, educate on products, and follow our sales process to help residential customers with their home organization needs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to build a positive client experience.
• No degree or sales experience required.
• Willing to complete 12-week paid sales training.
• Reliable access to a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).

You can help others organize their home. As a Closets by Design Designer, you can enjoy the flexibility of working from home. We provide pre-set appointments with nice people just like you, close to your home. You will receive complete sales and design training, so no experience is necessary.
