Job summary

Key Energy Services, LLC. is seeking a mechanically skilled technician to service and maintain oil field equipment in Buckhannon, WV. The role involves routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs under supervision, with a dotted line to the Maintenance Manager.

You may work in a shop or in the field, depending on assignment. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, and a trade/technical certification is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Trade or technical school certification highly preferred.
• 1+ year of experience as a mechanic or similar role is required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems on oil well service equipment using tests and field reports.
• Perform required repairs based on troubleshooting of mechanical equipment.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance, including overhauling engines and transmissions.
• Repair or maintain machinery such as motors, pumps, belts, conveyors, and fans.
• Disassemble machines, replace parts, clean and lubricate components.
• Work in shop or field depending on assignment and location.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
