Job summary

Nabors Drilling is seeking Derrickhands to support mud module operations on a Casper, WY rig. This full-time role requires safety-conscious hands ready to work at heights and in demanding conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years rig experience as a Floorhand or Motorhand for Nabors, or 1 year as a Derrickhand for another drilling company.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Physical ability to climb, lift, carry, bend, stoop, kneel, twist, and crawl throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working 140+ feet above the rig floor.
• Ability to stand and walk for at least 4 hours at a time.
• Ability to repetitively lift and carry items weighing upwards of 60 lbs.
• Ability to swing 20 lbs sledge hammers and torque wrenches requiring up to 160 lbs of torque.
• Must be able to work 7 or 14 days on and 7 or 14 days off, including holidays, weekends, days, and nights.
• Must wear Personal Protective Equipment at all times.
