Job summary

Nabors Career Site is seeking a Derrickhand in Casper, Wyoming to ensure the operation of the mud module and assist the Driller. This full-time position requires at least 3 years of rig experience and the ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodations.

The Derrickhand will work closely with the Rig Manager and is responsible for preventive maintenance, supervising the Floorhand, and ensuring safety protocols during drilling operations. Strong physical stamina and familiarity with rig functions are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years rig experience as a Floorhand or Motorhand for Nabors or 1 year of experience as a Derrickhand for another drilling.
• Must have good short and long-term memory to stay alert for long shifts.
• Ability to perform essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of the mud module.
• Perform preventive maintenance and general repairs.
• Assist the Driller with raising and lowering drill pipe.
