Obagi Cosmeceuticals is seeking a charismatic field sales consultant to expand our dermo-cosmetic product reach across a defined geography. You will drive promotional campaigns, conduct education sessions with physicians, and build lasting relationships with accounts and providers.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years of direct field sales, B2B experience in dermatology or beauty, and are comfortable traveling up to 25% locally.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required; focus in Business, Healthcare Administration, or Life Sciences preferred.
• Direct B2B sales experience; dermatological, skin care, specialty pharmaceutical, aesthetic and beauty sales experience strongly preferred.
• At least 3-5+ years of direct field sales experience, directly managing 40-50+ accounts across a given territory.
• Documented and consistent high-level performance with sales and related competencies.
• Available to travel locally up to 25% of the time (including overnight as needed).
• Exceptional negotiation skills, with an outgoing personality that exudes confidence and builds trust.

• Utilize direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand demand and sell thru.
