Job summary

Obagi is seeking a charismatic field sales consultant to join our growing field sales team in Minneapolis. The role focuses on promoting and selling Obagi skincare solutions across a defined geography through multiple channels.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of direct field sales experience, preferably in dermatology or aesthetics, and is able to travel up to 25% locally. A bachelor’s degree is required, with a preference for business, healthcare administration, or life sciences backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; focus in Business, Healthcare Administration, or Life Sciences preferred.
• 3–5+ years direct field sales experience; 40-50+ accounts across territory.
• Direct B2B sales experience in dermatology, skincare, aesthetics preferred.
• Willing to travel locally up to 25% (overnight as needed).

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products within a defined geography through multiple channels (cold calling, referrals, prospecting, etc.).
• Drive product promotion through the implementation and delivery of approved promotions and field programs.
• Utilize direct selling techniques to expand product demand and sell-thru.
• Develop and coordinate physician training programs to enhance practice in-house services.
• Host product and procedure education sessions to establish credibility and build rapport with key accounts.
• Provide transformational skincare and injectable products.
• Implement and execute Marketing strategies leveraging promotions market leaders.
• Establish and maintain sound relationships with territory team and healthcare providers.
• Be an active participant in sales meetings, district and regional calls and other meetings.
