Job summary

Obagi Cosmeceuticals is seeking a charismatic field sales consultant to join our growing field sales team. You will promote and sell products to current and new customers within a defined geography through multiple channels.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree with 3–5+ years of direct B2B field sales experience in dermatology, skincare, or beauty, can travel up to 25%, and excels at building long-term relationships with physicians and cosmetic practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required; focus in Business, Healthcare Administration, or Life Sciences preferred.
• Direct B2B sales in dermatology, skincare, or beauty strongly preferred.
• 3–5+ years of direct field sales experience, managing 40–50+ accounts within a territory.
• Willingness to travel locally up to 25% (including overnight as needed).

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products to current and new customers within a defined geography through multiple channels (cold calling, referrals, prospecting, etc.).
• Drive product promotion through the implementation and delivery of approved promotional items and field-based programs.
• Develop and coordinate physician training programs to enhance practice in-house services.
• Host product and procedure education sessions to establish credibility and build rapport with key accounts/customers.
• Provide transformational skincare and injectable products and support marketing strategies.
