Job summary

Epiphany Dermatology is launching Learn Derm, a 12-month immersive training program for NPs and PAs. Trainees will receive didactic and clinical education with daily rotations, led by our Physicians and Medical Market Directors, with guaranteed clinic placement upon completion.

Training occurs in El Paso or Dallas, TX, with relocation support. A 5-year employment commitment follows program completion, and post-program roles are at Epiphany Dermatology locations.

Qualifications

• Licensed NP or PA with board certification.
• Willing to relocate to TX for training.
• Committed to 5-year employment after program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in 12-month Learn Derm training led by Physicians and Medical Directors.
• Engage in didactic and hands-on clinical education in El Paso or Dallas, TX.
• Upon completion, guaranteed placement at a mutually agreed clinic location.
