Job summary

Epiphany Dermatology is offering Learn Derm, a 12-month immersive training program for NPs and PAs to launch a dermatology career with hands-on clinical exposure and didactic learning.

Training occurs in El Paso or Dallas, TX, with guaranteed job placement at a predefined clinic upon successful completion and a post-training path to a clinic such as Roswell, NM. A 5-year employment contract follows program completion.

Qualifications

• Licensed and board-certified Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP).
• Willing to relocate to Texas for training and to a clinic post-training.
• Commitment to a 5-year employment contract after program completion.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month immersive dermatology training program (didactic and clinical).
• Engage in daily clinical rotations and hands-on patient care under guidance.
• Coordinate with program directors and complete milestone assessments.
